Teaching

Our teaching concept is based on the principle of research-based education, which is applied across KIT. More specifically, this means that students learn to evaluate and present theories they have learned by means of statistical analyses. Our lectures are supplemented by tutorials in which students are supposed to put the concepts they have learned into practice. In our seminars students go through the complete research process, in particular the phases of development of the research hypothesis and the research design, the implementation and evaluation, all the way to the presentation of the results. Theses are always based on current research questions.
